What to expect on Agent calls
Who is calling, what the call sounds like, how long it takes, and how answering relates to your check-in.

The first call from your Agent can feel novel, so here is exactly what to expect.
It is AI, and we are upfront about that
Your Agent is a voice model that calls you on a real phone number, speaks naturally, and listens to your responses. No human is on the other end. What you get in exchange is a system that shows up on schedule every single day, without exceptions or sick days.
What the call is for
The call is your check-in, your reminder, or both, depending on how you set up the goal. For some goals, answering is the check-in itself. For others, the Agent asks how the day went, logs your answer, and can prompt you to send proof afterward.
Calls are short. Answer, have a quick exchange, and get on with your day.
You choose the voice
When you set up your account you choose the tone and voice of your Agent, and you can change it in Settings later. More voice options are on the way.
You can talk to it like a person
There are no magic words. Tell your Agent you finished your workout, ask it to move tomorrow's call, or tell it something came up. It understands plain speech and can update your settings from a conversation.
Do I have to answer every call?
It depends on the goal. For must-answer goals like Wake Up Call, answering is required for the day to count. For call-plus-text goals, missing the call still leaves you a text window to check in before midnight. See Missed calls and calling back.
