Texting your Agent

What you can do over text: check in, change settings, move call times, and report problems, all in plain words.

Updated 2026-07-21

Your Agent's number is a two-way line. Beyond answering check-ins, you can text it to run a surprising amount of your account, with no commands to memorize. Just say what you want.

Things you can say

  • "Move my workout check-in to 6:30." Your Agent updates the schedule and confirms.
  • "I finished my run, logging it now." Then send your proof.
  • "Change my fine on the gym goal to $2."
  • "I'm traveling Thursday to Sunday, pause my goals."
  • "Something's wrong, my call never came." Your Agent can flag issues to the team.

If your Agent cannot do something over text, it will say so and point you to the dashboard rather than leaving you hanging.

It walks you through changes

Ask for a change and your Agent confirms the details before applying anything, so a quick text never mangles your setup. You can review everything it changed on your dashboard afterward.

Texting is also just check-in insurance

Keep the thread handy. On a day when a call slips past you, the text thread is often the fastest way to get the day logged, especially on goals with a text backup window. See Missed calls and calling back.

When to use the dashboard instead

Billing, phone number changes, account deletion, and data export live in dashboard Settings for security reasons. Your Agent will point you there when a request needs it.
