Managing billing and cancelling

Updating your card, viewing invoices, cancelling your subscription, and what happens to your account when you do.

Updated 2026-07-21

Everything about your money lives in one place, and none of it is hidden behind a support ticket.

The billing portal

In your dashboard Settings, tap Manage billing. It opens Stripe's secure portal in a new tab, where you can update your card, view invoices, or cancel your subscription. Payment info is handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card number.

During your free week there is no card on file, so the billing section simply notes that billing opens once you pick a plan.

Cancelling

Cancel from the billing portal anytime. Your subscription runs through the end of the current billing period, and then stops. No questions, no retention maze. You can export your check-in history before you go.

When your card declines

If a charge fails, your goals pause automatically while you update your payment info. Once your card is updated, everything reactivates and any pending fines bill on the next cycle.

Invoices and pending fines

Fines bill at your next billing cycle, and pending fines are visible on your Fines page until then. Your invoices in the Stripe portal show exactly what was charged and why.

Questions about a charge

Email [email protected] with the date and amount. We respond within about 24 hours, and if a charge traces back to a problem on our end, we make it right.

Did this answer your question? If anything is still unclear, email [email protected] and a human will get back to you, typically within 24 hours.
