Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FineStreak, operated by Acrevant LLC. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. What FineStreak Is
FineStreak is an AI-powered accountability service. You set personal goals, receive daily AI phone calls and text check-ins, and agree to pay accountability charges ("fines") when you miss your commitments. FineStreak is a voluntary accountability tool, not a gambling service, financial product, or medical device.
2. Accountability Charges (Fines)
By using FineStreak, you understand and agree that:
- You set your own fine amounts during goal setup
- Fines are charged when you miss a goal commitment as determined by AI call check-in, photo verification, or self-report
- Fines are voluntary, pre-agreed financial commitments you make to hold yourself accountable
- Fine amounts for new users range from $0.10 to $3.00 per missed goal
- Fines can be partially recovered through streak-based recovery (building a streak after a miss)
- You can adjust your fine amounts, goal settings, or pause your account at any time
3. Subscription and Billing
FineStreak is a subscription service billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@finestreak.com.
Cancellation: When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Pending fines for missed commitments before cancellation will still apply.
Refunds: We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial subscription if you are unsatisfied. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. Fines that were validly incurred are non-refundable.
4. Streak Discount
Standard tier subscribers who achieve a 7-day consecutive streak within their first 30 days of membership automatically receive a permanent price reduction from $29/month to $14.99/month. This discount is applied to your Stripe subscription and continues as long as your subscription is active.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a fine was incorrectly applied, you may dispute it:
- Email support@finestreak.com with "Fine Dispute" in the subject line
- Include the date, goal name, and reason for the dispute
- We will review within 5 business days
- If our system was at fault (outage, verification error), the fine will be waived
- We default to the user's favor in ambiguous cases
6. System Outages
If FineStreak experiences a service outage during your scheduled check-in window and you are unable to complete your check-in, any resulting fines will be automatically waived. We monitor system uptime and log all outages.
7. AI Phone Calls
By providing your phone number and setting up goals, you consent to receiving automated AI phone calls and text messages at the times you specify. Calls are made by our AI system through Retell.ai. You can change your call schedule or pause calls at any time.

8. Photo Verification
For goals that require photo or screenshot proof, images are analyzed by AI (OpenAI GPT-4o Vision). The AI evaluates whether the submitted image meets the verification criteria for your goal. Photos are stored for up to 30 days and then deleted.
9. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information during signup
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password
- You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent fines or goal limits
- You may not submit fraudulent, manipulated, or AI-generated photos as proof
- You must be at least 18 years old to use FineStreak
10. Limitation of Liability
FineStreak is provided "as is." We are not responsible for missed calls due to phone carrier issues, incorrect phone numbers, or device settings (e.g., Do Not Disturb mode). We are not a medical, fitness, or mental health provider. Consult appropriate professionals for health-related goals.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of FineStreak is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the dispute system. We will provide notice before termination except in cases of clear abuse.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming, except where prohibited by law.
